Who are QS Quest?

QS Quest are a niche search and selection agency that specialize in the recruitment of white collar professionals within the construction industry for our extensive list of both UK and International clients.

What makes us different from the “generalist recruitment” companies?

We do not diversify outside our area of expertise or rely solely on advertising to identify suitable candidates and opportunities. Having a strong understanding of what our clients requirements are as well as our candidates abilities, allows us to put together professional people with professional companies. This in turn allows our staff to be able to hold intelligent conversations with our clients and candidates and by asking the right questions to ultimately find the right opportunity or candidate for the solution needed. Our aim is to be able to build a technical profile on each and every one of our candidates. We believe it is essential to stay in touch with our candidates and our goal is to speak to them on a bi-monthly basis to share information with them about the ever changing construction industry.

Our Staff

The reason we have been so successful in such a short period time is quite simple, our staff. We are firm believers that training should be done up front and not just “on the job training”. Each member of staff is trained in one discipline in one geographical location whether this be a county in the UK or a country in the Middle East. Each member of staff is fully equipped with knowledge and understanding of their industry sector/location prior to them speaking to any potential clients or candidates.

Areas Covered

In the UK we cover predominantly the South East and the North West of England but have also been successful in placing people in the North East and the South West. Overseas we re-deploy people to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Sudan, Turkmenistan. However, our aim in the next 12 months is to investigate other areas such as Eastern Europe and the Carribean. QS Quest is also able to identify candidates from all over the world such as India, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia etc.
