Description:
Large general contractor in major building and civil engineering works, requires an experienced Planning & Cost Control Director with a minimum of 15 years experience, along with previous working experience in the Middle East.
Candidates are required to have the following:
• Minimum 15 years experience in Construction sector preferably in GCC
• Last 5 years in similar position concurrently managing at least 5-8 large projects (over USD100 million each)
• Problem solver with strong analytical ability & business sense with proven expertise in planning & cost control
• Strong leadership; team player with ability to interact across various departments & projects
• Ability to motivate and work across teams to meet deadlines and deliver positive results
