Mediaum sized Saudi contractor specialising in the civil engineering and petrochemical / oil & gas projects, requires a Technical Project Controls Manager for their head office in Al-Khobar. Candidates will has directo responsibilty for all Project Controls in the the companies Oil & Gas projects, with a reporting team of Quantity Surveyors, Cost Engineers, Planning Engineers & QA/QC engineers reporting directly to them. 7-10 years experience in major ECP Oil & Gas contracts is required. Full degree candidates only please.
