QS Quest UK Services (QSQUK) are a niche supplier of commercial staff in specific locations across the UK, supplying Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Procurement staff to main contractors in the Building and Civil Engineering sectors.
Our search and selection method of identifying new personnel for our clients, allows us to be at the forefront of the market, supplying candidates not necessarily actively searching for a new opportunity. This seperates us from the more generic suppliers who rely solely on advertising and therefore supplying the generic “active job seeker”. We do not advertise any of our positions and rely purely on keeping in contact with each candidate on a regular basis, earning both the trust and commitment of each individual.
Specialising in an area of the construction industry that has been notoriously difficult to recruit for, we can quickly identify the right candidate for the right job. Having built up relationships with many hiring managers within small, medium and large contracting companies, we know the individuals they require and generally are able to demonstrate our abilities on a ratio of 3-2-1 (3 CV’s submitted, 2 interviewed and 1 offered)
QSQUK have a team of fully trained consultants each owning a specific geographical area in the UK, which is extremely beneficial for both client and candidate to provide a more local solution. Keeping in contact with all of our designated clients on a bi-monthly basis, we are again at the forefront of the active live job market, knowing about projects that have been won or about to break. This allows us to potentially sound out local candidates interest at a very early stage if requested to by our clients. QSQUK strive to achieve a “ONE STOP SHOP” for both client and candidate.
